The office is actively managed by husband and wife Mrs Lisa Jones (Managing Director / Registered Manager), Mr John Arwel Jones (Director / Accounts Manager) along with their eldest daughter Miss Cara Jones (Assistant Manager / Trainer) . With the additional team of highly trained and professional employed Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
Lisa has over 25 years’ experience within the Health Care Sector and Community settings to include Acute/Medical and Surgical Care also in specialist areas such as Intensive Care, High Dependency and End of Life Pathway Care.Lisa has also experience of managing a Domiciliary Care Service for 17 years, has full experience in leading, risk assessing, care planning, development and supporting staff, ensuring all aspects of duties carried out are compliant with CQC regulations, data protection, and best ways of delivering high standards of care to all clients and providing them with a care-package which delivers continuity, flexibility, dignity, empathy, respect, choices, maintain/promote independence, and well-being.To support her management skills, experience and development Lisa holds the QCF level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management (Adults Residential) in health and social care.
Arwel has over 28 years’ experience in Catering industry. And the development in nutritional requirements of individuals who require special diets. He is able to support and assist with meal planning providing suitable recipes for special dietary requirements. Arwel also supports with Admin, Payroll and invoicing requirements.
Cara has over 7 years of experience in the Health and Social Care industry and has worked herself up form office administrator over time to working out in the field up to assistant manager, with the support and supervision of Lisa Jones.Cara is a qualified inhouse Manual Handling trainer and trainer. She also has full experience in risk assessing, care planning, development and supporting staff, ensuring all aspects of duties carried out are compliant with CQC regulations, data protection, and best ways of delivering high standards of care to all clients and providing them with a care-package which delivers continuity, flexibility, dignity, empathy, respect, choices, maintain/promote independence and well-being. To support her skills, experience and development Cara holds the QCF level 3 management in Health and Social Care and is soon to be starting her QCF Level 5 to develop herself further.
